GRINDING
<Grinding: “Mirror Grinding” >
All visible surface of the club head is grinded to mirror-finish. It is the proof of top grade materials, precision processing and experienced craftsmen’s skill. Rare Laser Engraving machine (chiseller tip) performs delicate and elegant design to the club head.
SURFACE TREATMENTS
<Surface Treatments: “Pure Gold IP” & “Hard Chrome IP”>
Club heads of all woods receive surface treatment; “Pure Gold IP”. It is the ultimate finishing accomplished with combination of top grade materials and thorough mirror grinding.
Club head of all irons receive surface treatment; “Hard Chrome IP”. It is a black Ion plating on the hard chrome treated cast surface.
The finishing process is essential element of the MAJESTY line-up. Ion plating is proven to be ideal treatment for golf clubs.
